Do not go near this company if you value your health. My implants ruptured, when trying to retrieve information from Caroline the patient co-ordinator she simply did not care and was not interested and extremely rude. Do your research this company employs surgeons and staff which are absolutely awful with zero compassion.

Day 1 post op and I couldn't honestly be happier. Dr Hardy has made my dream finally come true. Due to covid I had to wait for my surgery because of lockdown but the clinic made sure I got my appointment as soon as possible which was amazing. Admin staff have been so friendly over the phone and via emails. Dr Hardy was amazing, friendly and polite and he knew exactly what I was looking for and explained everything to me from start to finish. The nurses where fabulous yesterday really friendly and make you feel comfortable. The anesthetist and the doctor made me laugh and made me feel really comfortable before going to sleep to make sure I wasn't nervous. The aftercare was amazing I was checked on regularly and all very friendly. The doctor who came to visit at the end to say I could be released was very polite and helpful and gave me all the info I needed. I am so happy with my breasts and I can't thank any of them enough. The experience was so relaxed and I'm so glad I chose new birkdale clinic. Thank you Dr Hardy and all the team couldn't of asked for a better experience!

AVOID. Heard so many bad stories regarding this company. I am waiting for a refund from surgery that was in March 2020, so almost 7 months now. I understand there may be delays due to skeleton staff but they have commenced other patients surgeries but not had the time to quickly send me an email to update me? I have completed a refund form & have been told by the director that I need to wait for them to get some money in from patients by surgeries before I can get a refund!- unacceptable. Other than this I have been ignored for months! I am in the process of dealing with trading standards the police and soon the newspapers regarding this because it is theft.

In September 2019 I had Breast Augmentation Surgery completed by Mr. Hardy. I went for a 34 A to a 36 D. I also had nipple correction surgery and was completely overjoyed with the results. The whole team at The New Birkdale Clinic from the staff at Reception to the nurses and surgeons down on the ward, were all amazing. I cannot thank you enough you have changed my life forever and have filled me with confidence!
