They serve teas, coffees and hot chocolate and were close to where we needed to go next so served a good meeting place for me and my colleagues. Service was quick early in the morning and the staff were polite. You had to ask for the key to use the toilet but what do you expect it's located in Liverpool.

Good atmosphere, good relaxing music, usual range of drinks and snacks you'd expect from a starbucks. Visited at about 9am and it wasn't too busy plenty of seats. Right opposite royal hospital. Would have given 5 stars if there were a few more couches
