Nice friendly helpful staff. Made welcome from the moment you enter the building, or in my case today I was greeted outside with a welcome and escorted to my service rep, (It's 2°C brrrrrrrr) no waiting about like other car dealers I have had the misfortune to deal with in the past. Would give more stars if I could as the staff are fantastic hear.

My best car buying experience by miles. A competent, knowledgeable and courteous team of humans.... Saw a car on website site in the morning and arranged to go in a few hours later. Car was cleaned and immaculately presented, great test drive with Sam Topham, and back to the dealership to pay a deposit. Great communication through preparation..... Thank you very much!

All depends who you get to help you, first guy was horrible. Then we got a young lad, mat I think now he was very helpful

Went for a test drive and it all went smooth. Daniel was really informative. I left a deposit as I was happy with the car but unfortunately didn't go to plan. Got in touch and was told that the deposit would go back in 5 days but its been almost 10 days and haven't received it back. Come on guys

I went to Volkswagen with my Daughter today to look at a New car and like everywhere else, you cant get any New car for No love or money. We came across a South African salesman called Jack who took his time to explain what our options are and made us feel welcome and at ease. He is such a credit to the Volkswagen Brand. Not bought a car yet but we will no doubt go back to this dealer to place an order.
