This is an outstanding company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I invited them to visit my newly built home, near Parkgate. I'd had a niggling and what could have been an expensive problem, with my garage doors, installed by another firm. Carl, and his wife Alison, called and after some diagnostic time decided it was possibly the failure of a fundamental component. They contacted the manufacturer on our behalf and arranged a visit; the senior rep subsequently offered to supply a free replacement..again thank you Alison. There was a delay and this was resolved by Alison chasing the component, and liaising with me at every opportunity. The part finally arrived and Martin/J(James) came to fit it. Unfortunately, the wrong part arrived and we put it down to logistical problems, a busy depot(?), faced by many firms in this pandemic. Alison, was again on the case. On the second attempt Martin and J arrived to find the correct part still hadn't been delivered. They were as surprised as we were. They felt sorry for us and insisted they return to Hoylake again, to try to source the part from elsewhere. This was Friday afternoon and their last job, but they had an old fashioned sense of quality customer service. They were a couple of nice guys and nothing was too much trouble: They would be exemplary ambassadors for any company. They returned and restored the doors to their former excellent state. It's a first clasd product. We were presented with a surprise bill that barely entered tripple figures. Unbelievable. Thank you so much Northern Doors. I'm only sorry I didn't know about you first and chosen one of your products. I also know your after sales care would be outstanding. It's very rare to be served by a company that puts customer satisfaction before profits and is happy when you're happy.
