This has to be one of the worst dealers I have ever known. I've been a customer of Roanza, formerly road range for over 5 & a half years & the level of customer service is disgraceful. Nothing but lies & being fobbed off & this has been going on for over 6 month's. I ordered a brand new van of them 6 month's ago & being told it would arrive September, however the months have passed only to be told in December they are not being built & then told weeks later they are going into production in 6 month's time. This has now cost me over £4000.00 worth of lost business. The salesman promised to refund my deposit back of £12300.00 & yet a month later I am still fighting for this, however I have received the majority of this back, but yet still have to keep phoning up all the time to get the remainder returned, only to be told it's on it's way. This has been going on for 5 weeks . This has now resulted into heated arguments with the salesman explaining it only took 30 seconds to empty my bank account for the deposit. Buying a new van of these is extremely difficult & challenging. No-one ever phones you back & forever being red buttoned on the phone. Staff have become rude & arrogant & this is how they treat a loyal customer who has spent approx £160000.00 over the last 5-6 years. However I did buy a 2nd new van of them whilst I was waiting for the 1st 1 & 2 & a half months on I am still waiting on accessories that should have been fitted before it was collected & I am still waiting to get these jobs done. If you want to get your time wasted & lots of misleading promises get yourself down to Roanza. You wont be disappointed & if anyone is looking to buy a new sprinter. Avoid as there is lots of design flaws & continuous faults.
