I used this God awful place wed 23/01/2019 Rang alarm bells as the ignorant rude man at till was ringing the items in. He wasn't scanning barcodes. When he told me how much, I paid it. Then just double checked items on shelves. I then informed him he's overcharged me. He was quite adamant he didn't. It wasn't much. But it's the principle. 30p extra on a bottle of water. Now he got very rude. Backed up by his accomplIces behind countee with him. So as I was leaving I took a picture of the place just to be sure I got the right one to review. To which he wrote my registration down and tried to be intimidating. Sorry Pal I don't get intimidated by under educated Neanderthals im ex military. So anyway then I checked my fuel gauge it seemed a lot light on fuel. My miles to 30+ pounds of fuel was 168mls. Now in a Professional Driver for BCAL British car Auctions. I fill up a few times a day. I've driven so many makes and models of vehicle so im a great judge of how much fuel to put in. This was way under. Gov.uk weights and measures have been informed. Trading standards have also been informed. In my honest opinion give this garage a wide berth. In my opinion they are breaking the law . They will have some visits from the Gov.co.uk team. BCAL Drivers give these a wide berth. Actually anyone with a car/vehicle. Use elsewhere.

Travelled from Sheffield, we are over from Australia. The guy serving me with a till receipt of M8018151 T25588302 was just abrupt and I had asked about toilets but he didn’t care. A taxi driver also told us don’t go there as they are expensive, I just expect better service when they sell coffee etc so other than fuel I didn’t buy anything else, there loss.

Went there and asked for a token to use the car wash as I wanted to wash my car and have drove past and seen other cars being washed by their owners. Was told that because of Covid the council had closed the car washing machine outside down? Despite me seeing it used before he said that to me and since? Did not make sense then or now as people are using it. This happened about 4.30pm on 1st March, not even told it closes after a certain time ( if that was the case was this language incompetence or mindgames?) Even if it does close at say 4pm then the Covid explanation makes no sense.
