absolutely disgusted!!! served by samy RUDE HORRIBLE little man. came to drop a parcel off for hermes. said hi to him at the til he completely ignored me and scanned the parcel. i got a couple of drinks and a butty. thought it was expensive checked my receipt and was over charged. which he argued about i then showed him the price that was on the shelf he was not impressed. i asked for a refund and he just tutted at me and ordered me to return the drinks to the where i got them from. i dont think so mate il use another hermese drop off in future !

Absolutely appalling customer services . Bought charcoal at 7pounds to treat kids to toasted marshmallows before school . Popped bags on bbq and they were wet ! Obv to say wouldn’t light = 4 disappointed kids . Thinking a phone call would soon sort it , I was very wrong . Told to phone back tomorrow ! Husband now out searching for charcoal to save the night . Very disappointed in this store
