They were pleasent at first, but it only went downhill from there. We tried on many occasions to try an contact them about repairs, the living conditions were abysmal. The flat was cold, damp and we had to clean the place up when we moved it. There was a door in the bath, the kitchen was a state and there was no attempt to even make the place liveable to a child. but they were always unavailable. When we moved they became very ignorant, and very rude, they make sure that you you pay them overdue rent even after paying the last payment needed before you leave and on top of that, charge you further after they inspect the property after you've left. Definitely avoid moving to leasowe if it is under LCH/Prima Group.

Really awful. When we first moved in they left my family without any washing facilities for an entire month. When I eventually put in a complaint they showed up same day with a brand new shower. Currently waiting for them to get back in touch with me over another repair from last month. Rang them yesterday they actually forgot and are going to "ring me back" and now some monkey has painted my tumble dryer vent shut and ripped it out of the wall. Do yourself a favour and go with Magenta. They are miles ahead of this. Plus they have new kitchens, bathrooms and boilers! C:

couldnt run a bath and went to AGM and they say we are wonderful when clearly they are not, pay a service charge of nearly £1000 and get ignored and a dirty mop over communal area once week, no services supplied, we in block do are own maintenance gardening windows cleaning and repairs, as they cant or wont or unable, they just dont care just about Money in and ticking boxes..

Leasowe community homes the staff in there are not helpful at all I went in there yesterday to speak to a lovely gentleman called dave and there said I wasn't aloud to see him so I have reported it to someone and and there told me to phone up on Monday for an appointment with dave on Tuesday and if there say no to me again there going a letter of the person I reported them to and I will make a complaint to the LCH there have know right talking to people like that I only one that's nice and kind and lovely in there is dave and I can talk to him again

Gone massively down hill since being took over, you request repairs to be done an you don’t even get an acknowledgment half the time, when the job is done it’s done half heartedly so it needs doing again, was told I’d get a new bathroom I’m still waiting!
