I Have had to go to this one stop shop several times as i have been bombarded with letters asking me

I Have had to go to this one stop shop several times as i have been bombarded with letters asking me for information when i have supplied it several times. I have been so distressed and upset that it made me ill. .I went to the one stop shop and was treated great and they sorted everything out for me They advised me to call in every time i got letters and they will deal with them.
