Love going recommend it ,as an older unfit lady your not intimidated by size 10s in lycra just ordinary people doing there best to get fitter staff helpful if you ask anything ,for me I wish there was someone upstairs in the gym more to help with some of sitting machines without having go downstairs ,and ask ,which they will do no problems.
