Ring up and speak to reception if you would like to be made to feel like human garbage. I appreciate that there is a market for that sort of thing, but I wouldn’t expect it as standard through the NHS.

Dr. O'Connell was my Mum's GP for around two decades. I only have good things to say about the good Doctor - she was just brilliant! And Dr. Bennett too. Mum had a major stroke in 2010 and we looked after her at home for many years - it was a difficult time but we had Love in the house & we all did our best. The doctors were really really good - I felt they always did their utmost for us. And there was a very good admin team at the surgery too - over the years & with the frequent contact we had with the surgery because of Mum's condition, I got to know most of the ladies there. And Mum really liked Dr. O' Connell - this helps a lot - and they'd known eachother so long. Mama's gone now. So I wanted to put in a Very Good Review for the surgery - I'd put 10 stars if I could!
