I don't often write reviews but I had such an amazing experience at the Bridal Rogue Gallery in York that I couldn't not review them. I had an absolute nightmare with the original dress I had purchased for my Wedding and from the moment I phoned up to make my appointment, the whole experience was transformed back into a positive one. They were so incredibly understanding, compassionate and helpful and went out of their way to help me from beginning to end - which was purchasing the dream dress that I was meant to have all along. Thank you so much, you ladies are wonderful and I am so excited to wear it on the Big Day!

Thank you so much, Bridal Rogue Gallery! The experience was superb from the moment I walked through the door. Catriona ended up designing my dress for me which was just stunning. Tracey and Kelly looked after me brilliantly every time I visited the York store. I ended up with the most beautiful dress, lovely hair pins for myself and my bridesmaids and lovely earrings. I had so much fun that I just wish I could do it all over again!

Very helpful assistant. Nothing was too much trouble. A wide range of styles but mostly from one bridal designer.

Been such a lovely experience getting my wedding dress from this shop, exactly what buying your wedding dress should feel like. The staff are so friendly, I looked forward to every fitting. Loved my wedding dress, exactly what I wanted.

Having been to 6 other wedding dress shops myself and my mum booked in here, from the moment we walked in Kelly was absolutely fantastic! So friendly and welcoming! She listened and found both dresses i had seen online, I went away with finding my prefect dress! I met Katie at your Harrogate job and was amazing as well. Im looking forward to coming back for my first dress fitting later on in the year! Thank you for all your help! X

The communications were great from the team but unfortunately my experience in the shop fell a below expectations. When we arrived, there was another group in the shop and the consultant was extremely flustered, which seemed to affect her focus throughout the appointment. The customer service put a dampener on the experience and didn’t leave me feeling excited, but given other positive reviews I’d hope this was just a one off and I was just unlucky!

We recently used Bridal Rogue Gallery for a styled shoot at Alexander Weddings and Events venue Lake Henry, Kelly and Catriona were a pleasure to work with and gave wonderful suggestions on what gowns would look good on the models and with the vision for the shoot.
