This outlet is clean and tidy. It is well stocked with clothing and there are many bargains to be had. As many items are end of lines, popular sizes have limited availability. The layout of the store allows sufficient space to walk around and therefore is wheelchair friendly. Friendly and helpful staff.

The last few times I visited here was in the January sales and it was just awful! Nowhere to park. Swaithes of people crammed into everywhere, massive queues, it was a nightmare! But went to visit on Saturday during a 'normal' time of the year and what a difference. Plenty of parking, a relaxed shopping experience without any if the previous problems I'd experienced. Overall I got what I went for and left happy. Clearly laid out with a good selection of shops that offer something for everyone. Will definitely return but keep away from the madness of the big sales!!

Shiela. Thought provoking. Well done! Jones

Very good designer outlet shops, but nothing more. Prefer Newcastle city centre for shopping.

Excellent customer service,we went looking for an evening suit, and on having a bit of a problem location wise and avialability on selection, was met with a charming and extremely helpful young lady who although busy, was still able to take time out and help us get over the finish line. No hesitation in paying more visits to this store.👍
