Very happy with the way this practice handles my enquiries. Repeat prescriptions are dealt with quickly even if something needs changing. Good staffing, very happy for the care i received in advance of surgery and aftercare. Thankfully i have minimal scarring after surgery due to the frequent appts with the nurse and nurse practioners. I have received thorough check ups and follows ups.

Very rare I would comment on these things but I am genuinely concerned about being at this practice. Looking into switching asap. Everything that could go wrong, goes wrong here.

I've been with Carepoint practise for over 7 years and I've had only positive experiences. Always been able to get same day appointments for my kids. For adults, depending on the severity, we were able to get same day, or next day appointments. The new e-consult is fantastic! Fill in the form, wait for a doc's call, and I could even get a same day appointment! Wish this was rolled out earlier :) Special shout out to Dr Manish Patel for correctly diagnosing my health issues on more than one occasion.

I required medical opinion for court, where the staff had to comb through my medical history as far back as Jan 2000. They did so and provided and accurate letter, which is not a guarantee from my past experience with Acre surgery. So happy I changed. They also supported me through difficult personal circumstances since 2019, where I encountered lots of barriers to get access in the secondary care sector.

I e mailed the surgery on Sunday evening (1.11.20) for medical advice. At 8.45 am on Monday morning I had a call from the surgery offering me a face to face appointment that same morning. I was seen by Dr Nandakumar, a locum, who I cannot praise highly enough. He listened to me, arranged for investigations and prescribed me medication. The whole experience was first class. Thank you very much Dr Nandakumar.
