Dr Lo Monaco He’s a very kind helpful and attentive person who listens too you and makes you feel comfortable and calm when you speak too him. My experience with him was amazing how quick everything took and his attention too detail is brilliant for me he’s the best Cardiologist in the world anyone who has a heart problem or thinks they have one come and see this Dr!! Thank you for everything again Dr Lo Monaco your the best!

Such a great experience with Dr. Lo Monaco to date at the Syon Clinic, on our first meeting he put my mind at rest with his warm and friendly manner. He ensured no stone was left unturned in diagnosing my symptoms and once diagnosed was always there to follow up, see how I was doing and swiftly take the next course of action. At each stage he took the time to carefully answer all of my questions, enabling me to feel completely at ease with the process. An excellent doctor, highly recommended.

Dr Lo Monaco is an extremely knowledgable and meticulous clinician. He has been key to accurately diagnosing mum’s heart condition which in turn has ensured that the correct referrals have been made by the GP for surgical input. His communication has been brilliant as he was able to break down a serious diagnosis in a clear and reassuring way. Also I’m very grateful that Dr Lo Monaco is willing to go the extra mile. If you are looking for a trustworthy Cardiologist, I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Lo Monaco.

Every time I’ve come in I have received excellent care from Dr. Jude Gunasekera. He is our GP for my entire family. At each and every visit he takes time to listen and his concern is genuine. Twice he referred me to a specialist and both times those doctors were excellent. The staff at the reception are also professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Jude and the staff at BMI Syon Clinic at Great West Rd.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr Lo Monaco for considerably improving my partner’s health, and above all his life expectancies, following a triple bypass and an unsatisfactory post-surgery follow-up experience with his previous consultant in a different hospital. Dr Lo Monaco has extensive medical knowledge and takes the time to clearly explain your options and possible outcomes. He cares about his patients both in his private practice as well as in his NHS one. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I'm giving 1* for parking facilities as Syon clinic's car park is way too small.

Everyone at the Syon Clinic was very friendly and helpful. I went for a health check up and everyone did all they could to make the situation less stressful. Dr Seng in particular was very kind and considerate, answering my questions about how the tests worked and why they were being done. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, rather than just making assumptions. I'm very grateful to him and the rest of the staff for making it as good an experience as possible. There's also a fish tank in the waiting room - a definite plus!

I had a full health check at BMI Syon clinic for the first time. As always with full health checks there is a certain amount of being anxious I have to say the staff make you feel very relaxed. I would recommend using BMI for a full health check for your peace of mind and obviously health to know that everything is functioning as it should do. Dr Seng continued with my body examinations and was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable I would definitely consider going back to Syon clinic for my next yearly health check. Having taken my mother to a few appointments at the BMI Syon Clinic I was amazed that the facilities were somewhat neglected. Electric doors for entry broken so heavy to open, external lift out of order and some flooding issues (although not visibly evident ). Given the fees charged I think fixing the basics a priority. I would like to praise Ivy on reception. She was mindful of the fact both myself and my mother had to queue for a while and Ivy pronounced my mothers name correctly, which is a rarity (this was possibly down to the smashing Christmas outfit Ivy was wearing). :-) Appointment ran smoothly so all in all a good experience.

The staff at the BMI clinic are always so helpful and professional. They go above and beyond to assist with appointments and checking in. I would especially like to thank Sana who is especially kind, caring and understanding when I take my Mum & Dad there regularly. I would recommend this amazing clinic to anyone

Had an MRI scan on my knee on 29/11/2021. I think the name of the radiologist was Elizabeth. She recently had ankle surgery. Absolute pleasure in the way Liz treated me and put me at ease and explained everything. Need more Liz's! Lessons to learned from her about the professional way to treat patients. Thank you Elizabeth for such a pleasant experience!
