Got jet airways booked through A1 unfortunately when in India airlines stop running .....A1 new what was happening but never had the courtesy to inform customers and left everyone to start themselves out ..baring in mind they are ATOL protected...5 months on and still waiting for a refund. Absolutely rubbish customer service and naff all help
