Terrible and extremely unhelpful. My club ordered jackets from them and we waited forever for them to show up causing us to have to change costume last minute. That seems like it could be forgivable considering postal service. However this year we needed another jacket for a team member and when I contacted Justin (who by the way wrote his own review on here..) he didn't reply for a week and when he did he sent me a paypal without considering shipping. When I mentioned that it had to be sent overseas he replied that he would update the information. Weeks later I emailed again asking him if he shipped it because I needed it for an event within two weeks. No reply. By the way, I also called, no answer. He left me and my club hanging. Will never deal again with this pathetic excuse for a business.
