Absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Customer service is unbelievably horrendous. I had 4 totally gormless members of staff just starring at me not having a clue with what they are doing, I can understand if the shop was busy but I was the only person in there. I am amazed this branch has not closed down yet with the sheer incompetence of the people they have there.

ONE OF THE WORST ARGOS , THE MANAGER CLARE WAS RUDE AS WELL WAS WAITING FOR OTEMS OVER 40 MIN , ASKED TO SEE THE MANAGER SHE CAME OUT NO SORRY OR NOTHING , HAD GOT ONE ITEM HAD TO WAIT FOR THE OTHER FOR OVER 40MIN , RETURNED BOTH ITEMS WENT TO CURRYS LOT MORE HELPFUL BOUGHT FROM THERE AVOID THIS ARGOS

I have bought many items from Argos and on the rare occasion if i return an item the cashier always believes I have used the product which has not even been opened. Awful customer service. Hire better staff!

If you love queueing you'll absolutely love this store.1 out of 7 tills manned and 8 people waiting. I swear i could see tears in peoples eyes. Still, we got served finally and the guy really helped us, so all is good.............. eventually!

Wonderful, professional and caring staff When my local Argos staff denied my statutory rights, I straight went to only with after sale department they professionally dealt with the issue. After talking to on the phone, I went to Argos Ruislip where the staff was welcoming and listen to me and addressed the issue quickly, professionally and with care. Thank you Argos and the whole wonderful staff at this store

After buying the new Apple Watch for £500 I was very disappointed to find out that Apple don’t include a charger!!! I ended up driving around Ruislip and found Argos. I was greeted by a guy called Ankush who straight away came to assist to find and get the correct charger because some of them can fry your gear. He was very helpful, informative and pleasant young man. He even asked if I had a necter card and waited while I went back out to get it from my car. Although there is an Argos near to where I live I would drive a little further out just to get that customer service experience. Well done Ankush 👏🏼👏🏼

Today I popped in to Argos to purchase a wall clock. I was warmly greeted at the door by Sue J who impressed me with her smile and amazing service as she offered to help me. I gave her the description of the clock and immediately she dealt with the order. I was most pleasantly surprised at how easy Sue J made my visit to Argos. After the card payment was made, Sue J took me to the collection point. My card slipped out of my hand and fell to the floor. Sue promptly picked it up for me. In thanking her, I told her that at 73 years of age, I have a chronic back problem and recently had an injury to my knee. It would have been very painful for me to stoop down and pick up my card. The whole transaction from start to finish was delightful and amazing all because of Sue J. Thank you Sue J. You are an asset to Argos.
