Found them very easy to deal with when renting a flat from them. They made it simple to do everything via email or on the day of move in as I was moving from another city. While renting they were quick to fix any problems and very easy to get in contact with about anything. The moving out process was equally easy and they very swiftly returned our deposit.

A good estate agency to rent with - it's nice that they're a small independent agency, and have very pleasant staff. Over the time I was renting a property from them (16 months), I had 2 inspections which were done at convenient times to me as I worked from home, any sale viewings were also arranged at times that were convenient to me, and any remedial work required in the flat was taken care of fairly swiftly. I had no issues at all in any interactions, and during one slightly less than smooth viewing I provided feedback and this was taken into account for all following viewings.

We have just bought our house through Quantum, the service they provided from start to finish was excellent and took a lot of the stress away from us liaising with both solicitors and the vendor. We had one point of contact (Rachel) which made it easy and she was happy to help in anyway she could. We would highly recommend.

Highly recommend the team at Quantum. We worked with several of the team members and usually when that happens, you have to repeat yourself but not with Quantum, they clearly communicate very well internally so that their service is seamless even if someone is away from the team. Our recent purchase of a property went very smoothly without any feeling of pressure to get it over the line, thank you!

We have been renting with Quantum Estate Agency for over a year now and have had a great experience finding our first and second homes with them. They have been so lovely and supportive of us during these difficult times. Due to unexpected circumstances we had to move again and they were really helpful in finding us another property.
