Dear management, The staff members should have proper training about sizes, colours (I'm not joking) customer service skills. I experienced the lack of all these things 4 days ago. The black is white and the "L" size is "XXL"- according some of the staff members. They laughing sarcastic on the customers and they speak their own language loudly. Now I'm not surprised the other customers bad experiences. Same issues, but since years and nothing improved.
