Really disappointed. Brastop has shockingly bad customer service. I ordered a bra from them which scratched my back to the point I was bleeding. When I emailed them they didn't care and said it was my fault rather than a faulty bra. Totally shocked

The best customer service I've ever experienced - had some issues with my order but it was sorted immediately! Highly recommend

I have been a customer of Brastop for a couple of years and have made many purchases I recently purchased the wash bag from this site to use in the washing machine. Its the first time I've used one ( I wish I hadn't) as you can see from photos the bag and the bra is ruined. I often chuck my bras in the machine and have never had an issue until this, ironic as this bag Is meant to protect bras from damage in a washing machine. I don't know what happened or how it happened but my bra inside the bag was shredded. I emailed customer services ( if you can call them that) not very helpful, they stated that I should hand-wash my bras although they sell the wash bag to use in a machine and it states that in advertising. No apology, snotty emails, eventually refunded for the wash bag, but nothing to replace the bra ( that I had also purchased from them) worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Be careful when trying to get a refund. This company are quick to take the money off you but don't like giving it back. Seems I'm not the only one with this experience. What a shame Brastop

Still awaiting a refund, no contact from customer service since Thursday, I'll never use Bra stop again. I've had a distressing experience with this company.

Absolutely amazing I've been going to a well know company and paying extortionate prices for years, found brastop ordered 4 bras for the same price as I would normally buy 2 for , I needed a bigger size so sent bk and reorderd a different size and got them within 2 days and have received a full refund for the ones i sent back great communication amazing service definitely be a loyal customer thank you brastop

Never again. Purchased 2 bras and 2 matching underwear. Received very quickly but when I opened the bras and compared the cup sizes to my own, it was obvious that they wouldn’t fit. I found the returns policy and the process was very easy. I returned the order in full the same day I received it. Fast forward to today and I get an email refusing my refund because they found “skin and hair” on the bras?? How on earth could that have happened on items that never actually touched me? Not to mention that the image they sent of said hair looks small and nothing like mine at all! What they are calling skin, looks a lot like dust too! I am absolutely disgusted by their email and also how they can completely make something up like this to avoid a refund!

10 days later after my order was supposed to be delivered still no further farward.Numerous e-mails.Phone calls that no one answers.Customer service is appauling.Woukd never order from them again.
