Disgustingly appalling customer service. Avoid Avoid Avoid Feltham Argos. I went to return my vacuum cleaner. Never helped me and made me waste my time on visiting 3times to them and never took any steps to resolve my issue. Miserable staff. Specially the male customer service assistant don’t know how to speak to the customer. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I shall never use this store again. If you have issues with your warranty never ever use this store. Buyers BEWARE. They don’t even deserve any star. DISGUSTING.

Don't purchase electronics especially Samsung 7 Series TV from Argos. Samusng devices 7 Series UHD TV will stop working within few months of your purchase and no one from Samsung will come to repair the product until your warranty wears off. Argos provides no help in replacing the unit even after mentioning in their policies that they will replace the unit if it is a manufacturing defect.

I am very disappointed with this branch as I am very very old customer. I wanted to return my vaccum which I have so much problem in using it . I explained them but they didn't listen me even they threaten me to call security. So I didn't give up and went to hanworth branch w was so supportive and they return my item.

I have purchased a qualifying ssd samsund 1TB for a free copy of Gost Recon Breakpoint. Argos never gave me the claim code therefore it was misleading information on the website. Spent hours with useless argos employees over the phone and chat online and no one will be able to help me. This is against the sales of good act and i will treat this matter accordingly

The staff, during these difficult times and, under extreme pressure, remained helpful, personable and professional. I was, much impressed and, have relayed my positive experience to others.
