Katarzyna is the best estate agent I have seen. She was REALLY transparent and honest -- what it means is that she wouldn't waste your time - if there isn't a property that REALLY fits you, she won't even bother to bombard your mailbox with random property listings and giving you false hope which all other agents do. She gave me targeted great listing only. She also doesn't hide things, thus I can feel I could trust her. She is quite unique, and I enjoyed working with her a lot.

Scott was instrumental in enabling my mum’s acquisition of an apartment in prime Ealing. He gracefully unlocked an impasse to move the purchase forward, which progressed onto a simultaneous exchange and completion. Scott accommodated several viewings at short notice and was very helpful throughout the acquisition process and finally to handing over the keys post completion!

I couldn’t have asked for better help, he explained everything clearly, was patient with me and he made the process quick and easy. He is also very bubbly but professional. His attitude towards the whole process reduced my anxiety of doing the process on my own. I personally hate attending viewings because of how awkward they can get, but Ali was very engaging and informative.
