Always enjoy a visit to Halfords, all staff in the branches I have visited are helpful, friendly and have a good knowledge of products. They really know how to treat the customers, going that extra mile to make you leave the store happy and satisfied. Great value for money on all products too.

I visited Halfords in Chiswick because I had a puncture on my bike and was desperate to go back to work. Steve was very friendly but professional and thorough, he quickly fixed my tire and even adjusted the brakes, I jokingly said that he ought to be a F1 mechanic. It wasn’t the first time that Steve fixed something on my bike but it was equally impressive Highly recommend this shop as their staff add a lot of value.

The guy from the store was very helpful, but sadly due to my bike having a throttle mode there was not much to be done because of company policies. If you have a bike like mine take it to a local shop, it’s not my words, it’s what the worker told me. Don’t waste your time :). If this is not your case I highly recommend you going there for a check up/fixing.

Just got home on my old but now FULLY functional bike after I had booked for a free bike health check today. I was seen to by Renaldo And further assisted By Mo. The customer service was perfect. They both went above and beyond to get my bike working again and didn't charge me anything at all. They checked my bike completely, tightening and tweaking everything back into working order, I'm very grateful, thank you.
