I like this place because they have great customer service. The workers are helpful and do what must be a tough job well. So I always come back here. Whoever manages this location: you're doing a good job!

Good service. One of the better value rental companies. Got a Nice modern car with low miles. The agent wasn't overly pushing to up sell me any extras when I told him I had my own insurance. Good Experience.

Such a disappointment! Rented a car as having a meeting in Manchester in the morning so I am told at the desk at 10:30 pm at Heathrow they cannot rent this car to me???? I used to rent from them for quite often in 2018. But I have moved to a new place, I was told that I am not the main contact on this place??? even though the contract is on my name! Was told that this might be probably I am renting this place! Did not know I need to own a property to rent a car!! Now in the middle of night trying to rent car! Thank you Enterprise, excellent service.

No parking here for your own car :( but I'm still giving this place 5 stars due to friendly staff! We was greeted soon as we walked through the door which Is very welcoming... everyone was smiling and we had some banter with the guy this name was Q he was a very professional guy... definitely will be using these guys again... prices are very good too why bother looking anywhere else :)

Excellent customer service. Hope the current cohort of staff are incentivised and rewarded adequately to stick around. By far the friendliest and best customer service I have received from a car rental company. Also, pick up was quick, and drop off was like 3 mins or so! Amazingly fast service! Mega impressed!

National car rental and Enterprise in the same location. Rented from National to have flat tire less than a half mile away. Turned back to location as there where no space to park. Tire got damage on the way so I had to pay for tire. I shouldn't have to pay for something was clearly an issue before rental, but because the tire was damage beyond repair I had to pay. Luckily they issue another car and I was out of there after some time trying to reason that I shouldn't have to pay for the tire. Personnel was courteous and following procedure, not much I could do about it. Anyway I had a car to do what I needed to do.

Amazing staff and team here. Very accommodating especially short notice. It's a very close trip to the airport and offer shuttle services to assist with luggage and other means. I worked with Will and his team so tell them cheers if you see them. Additionally, it's a perfect spot to fill up for gas if you choose that option as most places currently will have no gas.

Really happy with the service. Pleasant and helpful staff, really nice car, good value for money and didn't try to rip is off like Green motion. Will be using ENTERPRISE again for sure.

The quality of service by Enterprise was fantastic. I was met by a staff member who took me to my vehicle. Inspected the car with me and told me about the controls and which fuel type it was which is always handy. The car itself was clean inside and out and had Sat Nav as standard which is a big plus. I cannot emphasise how great it is after long travels to get to a car rental service and be met with knowledgeable, helpful and kind staff who make the experience an easy one. Knowing what the other car rental companies are providing to their customers I would say that Enterprise is well above the others. If your considering which car hire company to choose and you want a stress free experience then I would highly recommend this branch. Thanks for the quality service Enterprise!

Our entire experience has been terrible and ended with Enterprise scamming us and charging us for a cracked window that was cracked when they gave us the vehicle. The vehicle we reserved was not ready when we arrive, so we settled for a lesser car. Broken window wipers, cigarette butts left in the back, and a sat nav we paid extra for that didn’t even work. A couple days into our trip we had to take time off our vacation to fill fluids that should have been filled when the car was given to us. The check engine light came on and off through the entire trip. I will be disputing the 1000 pound charge to our card for their false charge of a chipped window that was chipped when we got the car. This company has zero integrity, I am extremely dissatisfied, rent elsewhere. Edit: I have been bounced around to three different people and today these scam artists charged my credit card $1,400 for a chip in a windshield that was there before we rented. We are getting a lawyer and calling this fraud. Update: still being passed from “manager” to “manager”. This company is disgusting and full of scam artists.I can not believe how this company is treating us, abysmal customer service.
