Excellent customer Service, was looked after very well. Work was carried out efficiently and given advice where required. No delays in work carried out.

I found the staff to be very rude. They made me feel like I was an idiot. I felt that they did not care about me or my car and just wanted to make a quick buck from selling me services that I really did not need. The staff come and go in this place. They do not deserve your business so please stay away from this mad house.

Ryan served me this morning and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I heard how he spoke to other members of staff and he was so polite, I wish he was my boss!

My visit at the Kwik fix centre was very successful I have meet brilliant team and especially the one and the only one Dan his advice was clear and without hesitation I was able to understand what and when I need to come back to get my breaks and coolant changed. Dan is an easy going person he has explained what needs doing and even more that I needed when asked about other stuff that needs doing he had no problem and advised accordingly with my service book what a brilliant service well done Kwik fit look after Dan 😉😉

Excellent customer service. I went in for my MOT couple of days ago it failed because of the headlight but they were so helpful and the whole team were pleasant, professional and efficient they managed to order the part and today I picked my car all done with no hassle to me thank you so much. I will definitely come back here in the future. Also, these guys were all polite and very respectful. Keep it up and thanks!

I was really stuck today as I had a light come on my dash and only had half the day available to sort it. They were so busy there but were so kind to fit me in as they were hard pushed… Excellent customer service! The gentleman behind the counter and especially the amazing technician! 10/10 Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. I booked an MOT, brought the car in and had a very warm welcome. My car failed epically! They sorted the essentials out and kept me updated every step of the way. They called to say it was ready and it now drives like a dream. My contact there is Abz.

VERY pleasant experience at the Kwik fit hayes branch, The store manager Anton was accommodating and friendly, MOT tester carried out my MOT efficiently and also talked me through any advisories after completed, the other boys ‘Alan’ and ‘Dilly’ made conversation to make my visit to the branch delightful, overall couldn’t ask for more!
