Had a massage here at the beginning of the year and hands down its the best massage I’ve ever had. I left feeling like I’d been beaten up but the next day my neck and shoulders felt like new, I never realised how much tension I carried around in them. Will definitely be making a repeat visit when it’s safe to do so.

Superb, just superb, can thoroughly recommend Zone One massage. I had the hour long hot oi massage and it was just amazing, so relaxing I wished it would never end. For the absolute pampering, go treaty yourself to the 45 minute ancient Tibetan Herbal Steam therapy first... it is amazing... and the best hour long massage after... just heavenly... go book a session, you deserve it.

Tried the herbal foot steam, half way through the treatment I felt so refreshed and awake. You sweat a lot during this treatment and it feels so much better than being in sauna cause you can breath. Had a 1hr lymph drainage massage after the foot steam. Would definitely be coming back, highly recommend everyone to try the foot steam.
