I’ve been visiting Zone for some time now and I went back in the other day to have my brows done. I’d taken my twins with me thinking with a snack they’d be fine for a quick treatment but one baby decided to have a full on meltdown as I got into the shop. The manager was so kind and understanding. He reassured me to take my time and was so patient. The therapists all roped in too, giving me time to settle my baby whilst they entertained the other one. It could have been a really daunting experience for me but the staff were incredible - thank you!

I went to Zone beauty studio and had my manicure and pedicure done and I cant be any happier with the service. Zone was recommended to me by a friend so I thought I will give it a go. Honestly, I am really happy with the results. I felt really looked after. The staff was very professional and kind. The place also looks amazing too. Will definitely be coming back soon !!

I recently visited here for a pedicure, this was my first time, so needed to speak with the studio just to find out some details. My call was answered very quickly by a very friendly lady named Izzy. All questions answered and an appointment made for the same day. Izzy was also on reception when I arrived and introduced me to Agata, who would ‘look after’ me for my pedicure. Agata told me everything I could expect about my treatment and made sure I was happy and comfortable at all times. The whole experience was great and I’m guessing from the chatter etc from the other clients receiving various treatments that they were happy too. Certainly a studio I will be returning to and would recommend to others.

I arrived on time for my appointment, I sat waiting 25 minutes then eventually I was seen to. No apology for the long wait, and I was then told that there isn’t enough time to have the acrylics as there ‘isn’t enough time left’ I said it’s not my fault I’ve been waiting so he quickly did my nails. I then had my lashes done, not even a week after having them they are falling out! I have followed all the instructions to make sure they stay on and now I’m having to get them removed not even 2 weeks after having them done ! I called up to ask how much to have them removed and they’re charging more than what is says on their website! I asked why, and the person on the phone said they’re in the process of ‘changing the prices’. I asked when are you updating the prices on the website he replied the end of the month when it’s only the 4th, but he still isn’t giving the same price which is on the website which is misleading. So if you’re going here make sure you call up and check the prices are matching their price list on their website ! Poor service and value for money I won’t be returning !
