Food lovely. Nice surroundings and restaurant atmosphere. Service mediocre at best. Servers not that bothered or interested in good customer service. Shame, as Zizzis gets most things right.

Really delicious food for a good price. No need to reserve in advance unless you're going as a really big group. We were there on a Saturday lunchtime and it was moderately busy. Waiting time was average. There is usually a 30% student discount with UNiDAYS ID but this isn't valid on every day of the week.

Had a really nice lunch here. The pizza was good, nothing special. The deserts were really tasty and the service was really good and friendly. Only one thing was the toilets smelt a bit.

Beautiful salmon. The staff were attentive. It was very quiet though, not many people in when we were there so I would hope the staff were attentive, they didn't have much else to do.

They did very well with a big party - we had ordered in advance and although there was a minor miscommunication and one item unavailable, that was all put right very quickly and our order was just right. Everyone in the party had what they wanted and enjoyed their meal. We were pushed for time and I had communicated our necessary departure time, but still had to chivvy the staff for the next course. They did oblige and we were pleased to take away with us the things we hadn't had time to eat in convenient containers. That said, ice cream can be tricky to get home, even in a good container 😉. The quality of the pizzas, garlic bread, pasta and ice cream sundaes was great.

Nov-21 What they serve is good. The (Italian) food range is limited but that's a good call. Hot spicy pizza hut the spot. Service a bit slow, hence three stars but if you have time, a good place for lunch

Had the Christmas-Menu twice (3 courses for 22,50£). Starter was amazing. Main course (pizza for me) had the ingredients distributed unevenly, but that's really minor, look and taste was fantastic. Dessert was not to my liking, the coke was less sweet than that and that is simply "too sweet" for a German. Fifth star is deducted because once the place filled up, service became a mess and we where barely noticed at all. Pro Tip: Order the Cocacino for Kids. Adds 0£ to the bill but forces them to come to your table.

The 3 stars do not reflect on the food or service which was good...it's just a reflection on the fact that all the "booth" seats were split and looked like something from a 1970s School bus !!
