Not the best experience First I have been called one hour before the booking time to change it from 11:30 to 11:15am. Then we arrived at 11:20 am and have been told we cannot be in the same room as we are late and the double room is booked after us. My understanding was that they change the room so we can have a 1hour massage as booked without disturbing other clients. Our massage ended after 45 minutes at 12:15 pm. What was the point of changing the room if the massage is shortened? Also, I was full of oil at the end of the massage and needed to remove it before putting clothes on. My partner was ok.
