Zero zero lives up to its name. Would give this place 0 stars if possible. I came for a simple full head colour as a model, and the job was done so half heartedly. The manager should have watched the application process, instead she was painting her nails.The woman didn’t even bother to section my hair properly and didn’t cover the roots either. They didn’t even measure the correct amount of dye for my hair length. I requested the trainee to evenly apply the dye to my roots especially and the manager Anna, told her to send me out of the salon with my hair half dyed if I was not happy. Even though I was a model, I was still charged half of the full price. The manager insulted me further by saying that “cheap customers always complain”. Her insults didn’t stop there and she continued to say that cheap “customers make the most noise” and demanded that I “get out” if I wasn’t happy. I left the premises in tears, with dye still in my hair and a long journey ahead. ANNA IS RUDE AND RACIST. DO NOT BOTHER TO COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Just to let you know, 5 star reviews on here by “Ana” is actually the RUDE MANAGER at this salon who is promoting her own business. Don’t visit this place. Absolutely horrendous service. It’s called “Zero zero” for a reason. Zero professionalism and Zero courtesy towards customers.

Horrendously unprofessional booking experience. I was told twice that my booking was non existent even after a telephone call by a staff member had initially confirmed this. The second phone call with a rude staff member when I was on my way to the salon asking about my booking was unprofessional and told me it wasn’t his problem as he wasn’t the manager. The third time I called to check, I was again told my booking wasn’t entered correctly. I’m appalled at the lack of professionalism over a simple task. I have since decided to go elsewhere as customer service levels were so shocking that I’d be worried about what they’d do to my hair!

This place is shocking from management to staff. Unproffesional it will only be a matter of time that this place will close down. Service is poor and the place is dirty first and last time attending here. Good luck people if you want zero results go to zero zero its called that for a reason.

If you're going there to get waxed... RUN!! I was left with so much hair after she said she was done and had done her checks. After I checked I saw huge amount of hair in places that should have been done, it was crazy to me that she never even saw them or did she just not care to do it properly (I don't know).. Im SOO happy I triple checked but honestly the prices are low for a reason.. RUN!!

ZERO ZERO STARS FOR ZERO ZERO SALON This is the WORST SALON I have ever visited in my life. Dipesh, where did you pick this so called manager Anna from??? There are way better professionals looking to manage salons. I could recommend someone. Anna is rude, arrogant and almost makes it believable that she owns this salon. I made an appointment for a full head colour. She was training someone who has zero background in hairdressing. She asked the girl to section my hair in four parts and slammed colour on the four sections around the head. When I inquired that is not a application style I have ever seen, she was rude and said if I didn’t like it then I should get out. When my hair was washed, the roots were still white inside of the sections made. She said that my hair was bad and I should get out if I complain. I eventually got my colour redone at another salon where all my hair got 💯 percent coverage. This woman is destroying this family business. How many more reviews will it take for the owner to wake up and smell the coffee. Get rid of this hideous woman Anna!!!!

I never had a bad experience of this salon. Always great blow drys and laser appointments excellent value for money very lucky to have on our door step.
