Suzanne has such a wonderful understanding of pregnancy and how to reassure pregnant women. I had the most relaxing massage in late pregnancy, she pays attention to detail and has everything possible to make you feel comfortable and relaxed including lovely surroundings and music. I really appreciated the advice to give yourself permission to be present, enjoy it and relax- which I did! Highly recommend as well as pregnancy yoga which has been great for me in both pregnancies. Thank you!!

I went to these yoga sessions during my first pregnancy and it helped me to connect with my baby massively. Not only did it aid with my sleep, learning moves to help aches in pains as my pregnancy progressed but I was able to use what I learned while I was stuck in labour for 3 days. I can not recommend these classes enough. The midwife mentioned that she could tell when mothers attended yoga. Even though it was for 1 hour a week I got so much from these classes which is why I am attending again for my second pregnancy.

I went to Suzie for a pregnancy massage and reflexology appointment at 37 weeks pregnant. I honestly can not recommend her enough! before pregnancy I was not a massive fan of massages as I find them either sore or I am very ticklish. This massage was just perfect and I have come home feeling relaxed, energised and ready for the arrival of my little man!! Thank you so much Suzie! I'll be back! xxx

Suzanne runs amazing baby massage and baby yoga classes. My little girl and I started off in the baby massage class when she was just six weeks old and now we are still attending the baby yoga classes months later. The classes have been incredibly helpful as a first time mother to learn soothing techniques, give my baby sensory experiences and play games which aid development. Suzanne has created this really unique, nurturing atmosphere in her classes where she encourages mothers to relax, socialise and support each other. It's not just a case of rushing in and out (although you can do that too!). Now during Covid-19, Suzanne is running classes online and my baby girl gets ridiculously excited to see and hear Suzanne on the screen. It's still a lovely welcoming class and I fully recommend any mum to give them a try!
