to the incredibly rude sales woman who took my returns at 16.25 on the 16/04/2019 - your attitude towards me was absolutely nothing short of appalling.. how on earth have you got a job dealing with the public? - massive queue as always in this store with only one till operator the norm... that is not our fault! ..no hello, please or thank you - just "take your items out of the box and give them to me!" what ? I will never ever enter this store again...

Visited this store yesterday. Both tills on the 1st and 2nd floors closed, only two staff manning the tills down stairs, long ques and a long wait, quite a number of people putting items back and walking out., want to support high street shops but when they're being managed like this it makes it difficult, can understand why buying on line is more appealing, need to value your customers more.

Took my kids, indifference from staff on top floor, energised when I took clothes to pay but this was to ensure I went to pay downstairs. No smiles, no help,no chance I'll shop there again. If my kids hearts weren't set on clothes would have gone before. Seems like a theme judging by other comments.

I've never come across a shop where you wait in the queue for so long just to pay for something, they never seem to have enough staff on the tills, even though there seems to be plenty walking about! Saying that the clothes are fairly good but value for money they are slightly expensive. All in all you spend more time waiting at the tills than you do browsing for clothes.

Zara are lucky they do decent clothes because there customer service is SHOCKING! this is in every single zara! in the york store today they refused to take a £50 note because it’s not plastic when they come out of circulation in September 2022? apparently this is a head office policy so not taking legal tender?, a shame because the lady that had served me before was lovely but after i don’t know why anyone shops there because they wouldn’t stay open on service! never had a good experience in store

Nice clothes but absolutely horrendous queues. Constantly. And only ever 2 staff members serving across the whole 3 story's. Resource your stores better &, adjust your policies or retrain your staff! Queues like that require floor staff to serve to deal with the queues. This just doesn't happen here.

Consistently the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any shop, ever. Most of the staff are rude and dismissive, in particular the managers. The place is always a mess and the queues are obscenely long. Today my partner tried to return an item on my behalf because I have COVID. I gave him my bank card and a screen shot of my apple pay wallet but this was apparently not acceptable and we were forced to accept a voucher from an extremely rude, unsympathetic member of staff.
