Grumpy staff folding clothes around the fitting rooms. Loads of clothes around the shop. Good discount and sale. Easy to reach and clean. Line at the fitting rooms is too long.

Women's dressing room appallingly busy. Not allowed to try on in mens or children's. Quicker to order what I wanted online and have it delivered the next day. Cant be good for the high street

I love Zara but every time I go you queue for ages to pay for anything and it was like this pre covid. They need to sort this out as I and many cannot be bothered to join the queues and so leave without buying anything.
