Great tailor, excellent location and close to home. Excellent prices for great quality work with zippers, Always an outstanding job done first time. I'll be bringing all of my jackets and jumpers here to fix/re-invent and any other clothing adjustments that need to happen, as it is a very great place, highly recommend!

I needed some alterations for my suit and pair of formal trousers done urgently for an important event the following day. I dropped the suit at Zak and it was completed within an hour and a half. I haven't had alterations done before but I must say that Zak has done some exceptionally fine alterations. Thanks!

They do not know how to dry clean. Please do not take your expensive clothes here to dry clean. bad discoloration on my jacket (it was basically new before) and based on the smell (which is very strong) I can immediately tell they wayyyyyyy overdid the treatment. They do not know how to handle nice clothes (or rather clothes in general). They don’t even deserve the one star to be honest. Disgraceful. If you want your clothes to look worse and have more spots than before you dry clean it, then take it here. An absolutely infuriating experience, in my entire life I have never seen a dry cleaner with such poor standards.
