once a great club now terribly managed, restricted services, not able to get showered after the gym and a belligerent manager that does not grasp the failure of the club. Moved to David Lloyd, much more professional. Avoid.

Nice staff, good facilities - been a member for 8 years now and there's nowhere else like this in the area. Lovely for a nice escape, exercise and relaxation. The spa therapists are fantastic and I would highly recommend the facials and massage treatments.
