Young Lee brighton

I was renting a lovely property in the Brighton’s North Laines through Young Lees for nine months and have nothing but good things to say about them as an agency. They are incredibly communicative, friendly, and willing to help with any issues with the property. 

We received almost all of our deposit back when we left, this is largely due to the advice and support of their staff throughout the moving process. If you plan to rent through Young Lees you can rest assured that they will help you get the deposit back if you make the effort to seek their advice in preparing the property. 

The house was gorgeous and reasonably priced in comparison to other properties in the area. It was fitted with new carpets, decking and in a fantastic location too.

 There were no unexpected inspections or disputes throughout the tenancy, honestly its been stress free from start to finish. Getting the deposit back is great too.

 I would thoroughly recommend this agent to anybody looking for a property in Brighton, or a property owner looking to rent out their house. They seemed to really care about the property we were in.

The staff at Young Lee are without a fault. So helpful in every way. Always willing to go that extra mile to help out. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Professional, helpful and friendly service.

Avoid at all costs if you want your deposit back! They increase the rent price each year plus they claimed that I didn't get the apartment cleaned professionally even tho I did totally not recommended and the property the have are in the worst state not worth the price I forgot to mention that they arranged a viewing to my apartment without my permission! And they have no problem booking you for viewing while the apartment is in a total mess

Even by the generally low standards of letting agents these were pretty shoddy on many levels. We paid our rent in advance for the 1 year we rented, and an expensive house at £2100 per month, so they had almost nothing to do for their fees. All the issues emerged when we were asked to vacate and asked to show numerous prospective purchasers around the house 4 months before the end of the tenancy with these agents washing their hands as they were not part of the selling process. And of course one is left with the continual feeling that they are doing you a favour by allowing you to rent. A little power is a dangerous thing. I would have scored less if it had been out of 10, but 1 out of 5 seemed a little extreme.

I highly recommend Young Lee. I rented a property managed by these agents for 2 years, during which time any and all issues with the property were dealt with quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Having dealt with several estate agents in the past I can confidently say that Young Lee have been the best yet!

The best letting agency in Brighton. Very friendly and professional approach, quick responding. All issues that we had in the property and required repairs were resolved in a short period of time. Young Lee are terrible letting agent. DO NOT USE as a landlord or Tenant. Have reported Young Lee to Brighton and Hove City Council. Susan Biddulph Is useless and very unprofessional and very rude. I can’t give no stars so had no option but to give one star.
