Used to be known as Spirit Health Club, it is now known as You Fit Rugby Health Club. It has a good sized Gym, pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna. The facilities are available to the public, great if you just wanted to swim on the odd chance. Best to check out their social media page You Fit Rugby for more up to date information.

Absolutely brilliant gym. Extremely friendly, especially Maasaki, who went out of his way to genuinely show an interest in me getting fit again. Extremely nice staff. I have been a member for over 6 years and always find the staff extremely helpful and very professional. The only downside is the air conditioning working at various times, not all the time. But nevertheless, it's a minor detail to squabble about.

A great little set up; Best value for money gym in Rugby for what is on offer. Can get busy morning and evening but what gym doesn't? Can't see why people mark it down for being popular. At the end of the day, it's a gym, not a kids play park.

I went in there to find out about membership. Firstly I called for 3 days in a row and no one answered the phone. Once there, the receptionist named Masaaki didn’t at all seem interested in telling me about memberships and was concentrating more on his phone and monitor. Went with the intention of signing up but the attitude was so appalling and unwelcoming that I won’t be returning. Invest in staff who actually care!
