The facial itself was nice, however I was totally mislead with the price. I booked a his and hers facial. which reads on the website as $110. I even confirmed with Helen that it would be "$110 overall?" and she said yes. The facial turned out to be $220, which I don't quite understand. How can you get a his and hers facial for one person? They need to correct the price on the website. I wouldn't mind paying that if it was actually worth our money. I received a nice facial including questions and feedback about my skin, as well as extractions. My boyfriend however only received the facial itself and nothing fore-mentioned. It is beyond me how I am supposed to be paying the same price for two very different experiences. Super let down because it actually was a nice place.
