Yorktour runs through the city of York, where you get to learn about the interesting history and different buildings and structures built there. The tour guide we had, Alfred, was excellent at his job and made it all an exciting and memorable experience. Yorktour easily gets 5 stars in my opinion!

Do yourself a favour book a tour with Yorktour, you wont be disappointed. Alfred took us up onto the Moors and although the weather wasn't kind to us his commentary was interesting, entertaining, and informative. The group all commented on how much they had enjoyed spending the morning with him. our only regret is that we didn't have him for a walking tour of York. Alfred is a personable young man who will make any tour of York a memorable one.

We loved Yorktour - it was interesting, with a good humour and great to listen to. Alfred did a wonderful job, and we recommend it for anytime or scenario. It is so much worth your while. We learned about the history, took a stroll down the original Diagon Alley, and found out all about where KitKat, Cadbury, and Guy Fawkes all originated from. Seriously though, Yorktour is the best tour I have EVER been on. There are so many different layers to York I never would have understood, and Alfred signed my book at the end. Aston

Top class tour of York with Alfred Hickling of York tour. Best value tour this Scot can remember having had. 90 mins, which he stretched to 105 mins, of excellent and engaging expert discursive commentary from this York-born, Cambridge educated (Churchill College) guide. This is not your average chap. Grab it if you get the chance. My guess is that any tour he curates will be just as good.
