We have previously bought a large shed from here & decided we would purchase our summer house from here as well. We have not been dissappointed on either. Both well made & very strong compared with other places that always seem to be flimsy! In the end you get what you pay for. The customer service & the ease of purchasing we cannot fault & the lads Ryan & Adam who built the summer house in the pouring rain last week did a fantastic job, lovely lads! I would definately recommend this company. A big thanks to all concerned, well happy!!

My new Apex Charlotte Summerhouse from York Timber came today. I am very impressed with the quality and it looks lovely in my garden. I can't wait now to open a bottle of wine and enjoy hopefully many sunny days. Thanks Sharon and the team. I am happy to recommend you!

Bought a large apex shed from here and everything was great from start to finish, the man helped us decide which would suit our needs, we placed the order and arranged a, delivery date to suite our needs and they were very happy to wait a few weeks before delivering so my husband could be home on holiday from work. The lady in the office was freindly and helpful who I dealt with on the phone. The day of delivery as promised we got a call with a delivery time which was spot on. No issues at all we erected the shed ourselves easily in just over an hour. Quality product well made solid and fit for the job.

Not a great experience at all. Man who took our order and gave delivery date forgot to hand in form. Already had old garage removed in prep for new. Still waiting over 2 weeks later. No faith whatsoever in this firm as he clearly could no do simple task of an order but took money willingly. Very poor service and would not recommend or use in future.
