KIZZI SYGROVE. Complete lack of compassion, manners and professionalism. The receptionist is so rude not abrupt she could push some body over the edge. If a patient is in tears on the phone u should listen. This receptionist chose to talk over me, repeat herself n hung up on me. I've also lost count of the amount of times I've being left without my medication. Sometimes this has been days. The actual Doctors r actually very caring n understanding n easy to talk to but they need to sort out the reception staff. You would honestly think u was trying to get in touch with David Beckham not ur Doctor. No getting past these ppl who claim ' I'm not medically trained' well yes I know , that's why I'm asking to speak to someone else but u still don't get anywhere. One day the receptionist is going to dismiss a patient who has an urgent problem who could be helped n something terrible will happen. Only then will the situation change. 2 days I've rang in a row for medication n once again I'm told call bk in the morning.

Absolutely awful. On multiple occasions I have been Faced with discrimination and verbal abuse from the reception staff as well as doctors refusing to deal with me at the time of an appointment. The premesis is absolutely filthy and is in a state of disrepair as well as being a hazard for those with mobility problems. The reception staff are entirely unprofessional and are completely incapable of the simplest of tasks and will frequently lie to patients in order to escape responsibility and will incite arguements at any time without any consideration to the people they have a responsibility and power over. The worst establishment in Leeds including the job center. The entire operation needs to be reconstructed without such vile, abusive, unprofessional, irresponsible, petty liars.

The staff at this practice are some of the most patient, kind and honest people I've ever met. They're absolute angels who deal with some of the most challenging patients I think you could come across. After reading some of the other reviews here I felt the need to set the record straight. The staff here selflessly help many patients the rest of humanity has already given up on, and they do so with grace and compassion. They deserve the utmost respect and gratitude. I'm not a religious man but God bless these people!

During covid 19 direct contact with gp surgeries is being avoided it's safer to have a telephone appointment and avoid going to the doctors surgery as much as possible. l travelled by train to Leeds and l think l might have got covid on the train on my way to Leeds because l wasn't wearing a face covering due to health problems and l got very ill for 10 days l might have got covid. This surgery don't know that l was very ill and experiencing covid 19 symptoms in April when l dropped of a form there and they should not be asking me to attend the surgery because when l was very ill it might have been covid and you could pass it on to staff and other patients.
