Currently in first year doing the Liberal Arts Foundation Year, excellent university with supportive staff and easy access from the city centre. Plenty of resources in the library and a blend of modern and old in terms of buildings. Would highly recommend!!!

Absolutely terrible ‘institution’ when I was struggling with mental health and my student finance hadn’t come in, I asked for advice and the counsellor told me ‘maybe uni isn’t for everyone’ and another member of staff told me to ‘take out a payday loan and get an overdraft as soon as possible’. Wouldn’t recommend at all, very financially motivated.
