Tried the work from hotel package though was initially skeptical. Proved to be a really great place. Seems they have refurbished and revamped the place a bit. Very clean with very welcoming and friendly service from staff. Would return and would recommend to others as well. Loved that it has a very relaxing vibe - great hideout from the bustle of orchard. Keep up the great work!

Nice hotel.

York Hotel Singapore, has served me well during my stay. I could say this is one of the best go to hotels for stay cations! Be it for couples or families. The front desk staff was professional, attentive and accommodating to my needs. Queue for check ins is fast. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Comfortable and clean beds too! Good amenities and facilities. Excellent service quality indeed! Would revisit again! Recommend to all👍🏻👍🏻

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Spacious room and hotel in general, with a bathtub in the bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and location is fantastic. The only minor complain I have is that the cleaning staff threw way some of our facial cleansing productions on day 2 of our stay, probably thought we were done with it even though we had put them aside nicely. But other than that, it was a very pleasant stay!

York Hotel Singapore is situated right at the doorstep of Singapore's lively Orchard Road retail and entertainment belt and in close proximity to the central. The room is large and spacious. The bathroom is clean. As Guests, we appreciated the friendly, professional staff such as the warm-welcoming management & reception. The check in and check out was fast, and convenient. Upon request, allow for a late checkout latest 2pm. We enjoyed the swimming pool operated even at night. Overall, a well-meaningful staycation as a couple enjoying shopping at the heart of Orchard Road.

This hotel is brilliant from what I’ve been looking for. It’s spacious, comfy bed, and a good view. But there are some problems like: -Air vents are dirty especially in the bathroom. -The place of the hotel is too hilly. -The charging port isn’t enough. -Doesn’t include breakfast. Honestly it’s just a small problem but everything is just fine. It’s a great place to stay especially when they have good services. But overall this place is perfect.

I stay at family premiere room with husband and 2 children. The room is big and comfy, i also can do some ironing for my clothes. But the location is quite far from mrt station and its uphill road from nearest bus stop. So its very exhausting to be in your room after a long shopping day 😀
