I felt biased attitude from reception staff member when talking through the phone. This is because I'm foreigner and i could not understand the accent of the receptionist lady. She canceled my appointment because of it. But only because I didn't understand her accent doesn't automatically mean that I'm silly person. It was very rude and unethicaly from her side!!!
