Shocking, like everyone else, again, it’s the receptionist. Years of experience yet does not know how to do her job, not 1 item I’ve ordered has been done correctly, no call to say it will be delayed. Ordered Diazepam, given face cream. Told by GP, I made her upset yet she has no idea what I’m going through, and with all the years experience the receptionist is meant to have then she should know that you are not meant to take things personally as you have no idea what has happened to the person on the other end of the phone, perhaps she could do with some training. No office manager to deal with complaints. Then GP showed me computer screen with no regards to new GDPR regulations, I should not have been able to see patients names, I was shocked and told her I couldn’t look at that as not allowed with regulations. Place gone down hill from what I have heard.
