My name is Tanya i'm 55 and I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis I have been attending this yoga for nearly 1 year. I feel a lot better my aches have subsided about 70% and I find my mental stated is 100% of what I was and I am sleeping better and of some of my meds to help with sleep I can now walk an hour and a half a day and have more energy. I had an op and for 4 weeks wasn't aloud to do any exercises. with in a few weeks all my aches and pains came back until I started up again and now feeling good again. I find I can't do other exercises as they hurt to much but yoga is the best thing that I have done for my health. I recommend doing yoga for anyone and especially at yogic wisdom Kim and the girl's are so caring and compassionate I do not know where I would be without them. Tanya.
