Great studio with exceptional customer service - very friendly and welcoming. Lots of different classes to suit all styles and levels. Teachers are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Steven is brilliant and having a one to one has really helped my practice move forward quickly - I'd really recommend it!

I recommend this place with my heart. Excellent teaching of (not only) hot yoga and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you and well done to the new owner - Stevan. I loved every single one of my visits.

Visiting from France for a few days. Found this fantastic little studio just a block from the sea. They offer a variety of classes but I highly recommend the candle lit hot yoga flow, very restorative in the most beautiful and relaxing setting!!! Stevan, the owner, has a lot of experience practicing and teaching yoga and his adjustments are with a light touch but exactly on point!

Having lived in Brighton for many years and having tried out quite a few different studios, I highly reccomend Yoga Haven, it is my favourite! You can practice a range of different types of yoga, open to all levels of ability. All of the teachers are wonderful and I leave every class having learned something new and with a smile on my face. There is a very personal approach to all students and you can tell that everyone at Yoga Haven cares about you having an individual and positive experience within your practice, and they are all driven to help you progress.

A yoga studio that truly allows one to experience the full expression of their personal yoga practice, with teachers who are experienced, friendly, thoughtful, calm, present, fluid and thorough in their teaching. I found the environment of Yogahaven Brighton to be soothing and grounded, and the staff to be friendly and dedicated to encouraging the student's yoga practice (not the selling of merchandise). The hot yoga classes are taught in a clean, spacious room in which intense heat and moisture are generated during the class. The studio also offers Vinyassa, Ashtanga, and Iyengar classes (which I did not get a chance to sample) in a non-heated room, clean showers and a clean, spacious changing room. Yogahaven's convenient location and quiet, friendly atmosphere make it an excellent choice for hot yoga practice in the bustling city of Brighton. Towels are required (and recommended!) to be used on top of yoga mats (provided) during hot yoga classes. Lockers (no fee required) are available for storing valuables. Attention is paid to cleanliness of the environment, props and mats. In summary, Yogahaven Brighton is a soul-nourishing yoga studio with dedicated staff and well qualified teachers, one to which I very much look forward to returning!
