Stopped for 10 minutes to pick up a friend from the ymca, came home to a £100 fine reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days! Absolutely disgusting. Cannot actually believe that at 8 o’clock on a Saturday evening there is a £100 charge!

Awful place to live in, good gym, ymca staff do everything in their power to trip you up and love to dish out room bans, was told I can go shop and leave my guest in my room, so I did and when I came back I was greeted with a room ban for a month, and today I was entrapped and belittled against my will by a member of staff, it was all on camera and I'm yet to receive any information about what will happen now? Against that abusive behaviour

It has been my gym for the past three years. The gym is quite small but has all the necessary equipment. Different classes of yoga, boxing, etc are also available within the monthly membership. It is the cheapest in Cambridge if you are on a student membership.

It was a lot different in my day. I lived in the YMCA from 1978 to 1982 and it was the time of my life. It was quite expensive and probably wasn't particularly good value for money but the accommodation was comfortable, there were some lovely people there and the food was excellent. Ahh but things seem to have changed since then.

I always enjoy aerial classes. I love to go there in the dance studio. I can say that it’s a clean place and the staff are good, you can park your car there as they have a private parking area.
