This has been my local library for 14 out of 15 years if my life and so I know a lot about it. I think this library is better for children as it has a lot of good kids books, the adult ones don't really interest me as much. There are few plugs to charge your laptop however they do have their own computers if your laptop is dead or u haven't bring it or own one, as for the noise there is a takwondo ( idk how to spell it) lesson upstairs which can be distracting but I usually bring headphones with me which I would definitely recommend. The staff have been amazing everything I have gone there and they are genuinely nice people. Overall I would recommend this library for primary school kids or people who are local and want to go somewhere to concentrate a few hours
